We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. only thing I could possibly comment is the hair, it's the only thing not perfect.
However, you might want to work on your character...it took me a little bit to realize it was a woman. Something about the shading or suchlike. Maybe thin out the grid of squares behind her, and highlight her body a little more? Just a thought.
